Unsplash app consuming 200GB of space on MacBook Air M1

Unsplash wallpapers is taking up almost 200 gigs on my mighty m1 air base model. I have to almost delete the app and reinstall it every time. Is this normal?

The App size is of Approximately in the range of 2-20MB only .

Downloaded wallpapers will take max up to 5MB depending on the resolution of the Images.

To prevent excessive storage usage, it's advisable to adjust the app's settings to control the frequency of wallpaper downloads and manage the retention of previous wallpapers.

Regularly reviewing and deleting unneeded images can help maintain optimal storage levels on your MacBook
