Why does Apple Music freeze and disconnect from the internet on my iPhone?

Sometimes my Apple Music will stop working as if it’s been disconnected from the internet, this happens even when my data is open and I am able to access other apps and services but not Apple Music, I am able to play my download music but anything other than that doesn’t work, only after restarting the phone does this resolve but it will happen again after some time.
