How to connect Apple Watch Series 10 to my iCloud account?

I cannot figure out how to sign my Apple Watch 10 into the iCloud. Any help would be most appreciated.

The iCloud connection should have been made when the watch was setup and paired with the iPhone. You should not need to do anything beyond that.
