no allow for undentified apps macbook pro 2024 running sequoia

In sequoia I have no "allow" option when I try to import an indentified app.All I have in allow apps from app store and known developers. In the past there was always an allow option. At the moment it's impossible, for instance, to install an app like Radio Silence which I bought when using an earlier macbook. Any thoughts?

If it is compatible, hold the Option key when you click it open(?)

Go to Privacy & Security >Security, you should see it here, then click Open.

Click Open Anyway.

Open a Mac app from an unknown developer

for third party—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates
