Screen goes black periodically

Calls don't connect for sometimes a minute or longer

iPhone 16 Pro Max freezed at Hello screen I just received the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I was near finished setting up my iPhone, from my old iPhone 12 Pro When it started to update my iPhone to 18.0.1 it crashed at the Hello screen. I tried to restart it, every way possible, it would just be stuck at the hello screen. I tried to restart it twice, after that doing any type of restart no longer works and stays on the Hello screen. Anyone having the same issue and know how to fix it?

The latest version is iOS 18.4. Try updating to that.
