AlchemistGenerationTask - What are these? Can I delete them?

Those files are normal. There is nothing wrong with your computer and yes they will continually be updated. They appear in your User Folder inside of com.photoanalysisd.com of a tmp folder. There are many and use very little storage space. Just leave them alone.

The exact location is at: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.photoanalysisd/Data/tmp.

All of the folders are empty and just identified by the UUID in the filename.

About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages

I think those are files generated by processes on macOS (if I'm not mistaken, I think they're originated by photoanalysisd. So, you don't have any advantage in erasing them: macOS will create them after. Just in case, it's better if you don't erase them
