Wrong input method sequence in Sequoia 15.3.1

First try updating to 15.4 if you have not yet done so.

If that and playing with the order of installing the keyboards does not help, consider turning on the Caps Lock keyboard switching option. That will let you easily return to US if you are in Chinese or Japanese.

And the title of the input method is small and subtle. I need to focus on the top right corner to ensure I choose the right input method every time I switch. It did not happen with my older Macs.

I have tried reinstalling the Cangjie and Japanese input methods but it did not help.
