iPhone 16 screen lines and freezing when clicking video or photo button

I see lots of iPhone 16 owners having line across the screen when clicking video or photo button. Line could be one or three verticals depends on how you move your phone. Also changes colors based on focus subject. Then freez the screen. Any help would be appreciated.
