How to fix AirPlay random disconnects on Sequoia with M1 and M4 MacBooks?

I get constant drops in Airplay connections on Sequoia. It happens on both M1 and M4 Mac Books M1, when connecting to 2022 Apple TV (latest OS) and to smart TVs. It's intermittent, sometimes it barely holds a connection for 2 minutes. It was stable for a while, updated to the release 15.4 (24E248) and it still drops all the time.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?
