How do I use cellular on Apple Watch without Bluetooth?

Hi, i own watch 9 cellular with esim, provider supports same number across different devices. When trying ti answer a call from watch sometimes it rejects the call. I am almost sure that while this happens i am at a distance that Bluetooth connection with my iphone is at the limit to disconnects. Is there a way to force cellular on apple watch to be independently from Bluetooth connection either i am next to iphone?
