How can I correct my child's age in Apple Account?
My child’s year in his date of birth got put in wrong. It shows he is 11 but is actually 13 and it won’t let me
change. Is there anything I can do.

You need to follow the process to change the birth date on the web:
On the web
- Sign in to account.apple.com.
- Select Personal Information, then choose Birthday.
- Update your birth date and click Save. If you're changing a birth date for a child, learn about restrictions to editing birth dates.

About changing a birth date for a child
To change a birth date to any age below 13*, the account must be a member of a Family Sharing group, and the family organizer must approve the change. Follow the steps to change a birth date on the web. You can also create a new Apple Account for a child.
To change a birth date of any child account set to an age below 13*, you might have to wait for the account to naturally age up. If you see “your birth date cannot be changed to this date”, you can’t change to a birth date that would no longer be a child account.*
