My ASC Profile Name is Showing at Login on my Mac:

Logging into my Mac, I am seeing 'TheLittles' located on my login screen, then it goes away, replaced by the words "If you're having a problem entering your password, press and hold the power button on your Mac to shut it down. Then press it again to start up in the Recovery Mode."

I recorded it using the camera my iPhone, and it takes about 30 seconds for this text to switch. This has occurred since upgrading to macOS Sequoia. I ran Malwarebytes, reinstalled the macOS, updated the Mac, and created a guest user (as shown below). Also, I called Apple Support, with a recommendation to post this on these forums.

Anyone else having this issue?

A Factory Reset Fixed this:

Gave Apple a buzz after a week’s wait, and screen shared my iPhone’s camera to show it to the Apple Rep.

the Apple Rep did not recall seeing a profile for any site being placed at the login screen. As a result, they recommend to back up the Mac (with TMB) > reset the Mac to factory settings > see if the profile would reappear when logging in > migrate items back in batches and the logout after each batch migration. Having done so, it no longer appears, and all is gone.

Gave Apple my feedback on this.
