Using old MacBook Pro extension adapter with my new MacBook Pro 16”

Can I use my old MacBook Pro 2018 2.5 125V power extension cord that attaches to the charging brick with my new 2025 MacBook Pro M4 16”?

Can I use the mains lead from my old macbook 2015 on new power adaptor so I have extra reach. So my 2021 MacBookPro only comes with the adaptor plug 75W charging block and the USB-C charging cable. My older MacBook Pro had the additional power cord (Ground Plug I think they call it in the US) I don't see why I can use this to extend my power charging from my old MacBook Block as it's just going to be mains cable with a 13amp (I guessing) fuse. Apple why have you stopped supplying this anyway - a £2.5k plus lap top and you scrimped on the power cord. The charging block is really awkward to plug into UK sockets with low skirting board. Or to try and use 2 plugs in the same socket.

Is the Power Adaptor Extension compatible with 2022 m2 macbook pro 13 inch? I have a 2022 model 13 inch m2 macbook pro and it sometimes gives me electric shocks while charging. I heard that this is caused by a lack of grounding. I wanted to buy the power adaptor extension cord with 3 pins for the adaptor but this model is not listed as compatible. Is there any reason for it to not be compatible? Is it not useable with this model?

Cable from MacBook Air 2015 to charge MacBook Air M2 ? I would like to know if I can use safely the cable cord from my MacBook Air 2014/15 in my new MacBook Air M2. I'm not talking about the "head" of the charger, I've checked -the pins don't match, I'm referring to the "extension" cable that came with those Macs back then: Thank you

the AC extension cord is universal, and fits every Mac Power adapter with a removable power input.

You can use it if it physically fits the new power adapter. Not sure the new adapter has a removable plug or wall cable, though. The adapter for my MBA does not and is nothing like the older ac adapters of previous generation MacBooks.
