How can I remove lock icon in the Dynamic Island on iPhone?

Adjusting Face ID & Passcode Settings:

To disable Live Activities across all apps on the lock screen:

Navigate to Settings.

Tap on Face ID & Passcode.

Enter your passcode when prompted.

Scroll down to find Live Activities and toggle it Off.

This prevents live activities from appearing on the lock screen but does not affect the Dynamic Island when the device is unlocked

Keep in mind that the lock icon in Dynamic Island is not a Live Activity, that is something separate. Live Activity is like ride-sharing apps and sport scores, that are updated live.

I don’t think you can. That lock icon tells you that that your iPhone is locked. Think of it also like as a safety measure, if there were no lock you wouldn’t know whether your iPhone was unlocked or not. Then if you happen to set it down, someone else could pick it up and access all your data.

Zachyy is absolutely correct. Your phone is locked and all you are seeing is confirmation of that. If you unlock your phone, the lock will go away. There is nothing to remove.
