How can I fix a black screen on my MacBook Pro 14?

The screen goes completely black, and the system freezes. I’ve tried restarting it, but the issue persists. Sometimes, it comes back after a few minutes, but other times, I need to force shut down and restart. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be a hardware issue, or is it more likely a software problem? Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting steps? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
