Email folders no longer expand to the sub-folders by hovering after updating to Sequoia 15.4

I could easily organize my emails into files and folders by simply dragging over the parent folder to expand the sub-folders. I can no longer do this after updatinge to the lastest OS 15.4. I miss this convenience. Does anone know how to fix this?
