non-icloud account mail sent via IOS Mail App does not sync with Account Service Provider & Mac

Hi All,


So this is the problem I'm facing.


I use two different email accounts, one icloud and the other non-icloud, through IMAP/SMTP protocol.


Icloud Account - no issue in sync


non-icloud Account - this is the problem

When I send emails through either my Account Service provider or the Mac Mail app, I can view the sent messages from various devices, including my iPhone.


However, if I send emails from my iPhone Mail app, the emails are actually sent, but they only appear in my iPhone Mail app. The Sent Mailbox does not sync with my Account Service provider or Mac Mail.


Is this an issue with my iPhone settings, or is it a problem with my Account Service provider?
