My iPhone 13 battery is draining fast after iOS 18.3.2 update

2 weeks after I updated my iphone 13 to ios 18.3.2 it started to drain the battery so fast. Usually I left my phone unused for 15 hours and the battery only decrease from 3-4%, but yesterday the battery decreased by 14%. And before if I left my phone at 100% in midnight, when I woke up, the battery remained the same, but now the battery decreased 4% of its percentage. Meanwhile, my battery health remains the same, 98%.

Is there any rational explanation about this matter? Coz its freaking me out.
