No Blood Oxygen in Apple Watch Vitals app

Apple Watch 10 with latest OS in it and iOS. Health app shows data that is collected by watch, but there is no Trend shown unless using Year view. On the watch, vitals show all the data including trends EXCEPT Blood Oxygen.

It does show a straight TREND line but 3 days behind actual. i.e. T,F,S with no data for S,M,T,W which data is held in the iOS app. (today is Wednesday)

ACTIONS:

  1. Reloaded BO app from the store,
  2. Restarted Watch and iOS
  3. Reset Watch to Factory settings

I understand that something like Wrist Temperature took at least 7 sleeps before baseline was established. There is no such "warning" from BO. BO data in iOS since 22/03/2025

Where and when did you buy your Apple Watch?

If in the US after January 18, 2024, this feature is not available anymore:
