New PC Won't Connect With Any Apple Apps

I just installed my new computer yesterday and everything is working great EXCEPT I can't connect to any of the Apple apps. When I try to sign into iTunes, Apple Music, Apple TV or Apple Devices I get error messages that I can't connect with the servers. I have tried every work around that I have found on the help site and it's still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps multiple times to no avail. Any help or suggestions to remedy this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Windows, Windows 10

Make sure that your system clock is set correctly. Disable any VPN you might be using. For iTunes have you installed the current build? Are you aware that if you install any of Apple Music/TV/Devices that iTunes becomes limited to working with audiobooks and podcasts. If you're migrating an iTunes library from a previous computer I would avoid the newer apps. They need to be uninstalled for iTunes to work correctly.

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community if you need help pulling your library across from your previous computer.

Use this link to (re)install iTunes if required. The Microsoft Store version may autoupdate and install Apple Music without asking.
