How to fix Office 365 email account not syncing or receiving emails in Mail OS X on iMac but working on other devices?

Hi


I have a problem with a Godaddy hosted office 365 email account, it works fine in Mail OSX Mac on a Macbook Pro, on an iPhone 12, on an iPad pro but all of sudden no 

longer on an iMac Intel 2020. Several other email accounts with different domain names work fine on this iMac. I removed the account from the iMac’s Mail programme

and set up the account again.This worked with MS authenticator. I can send emails but do not receive emails on the iMac but receive them on this email account in Mail OSX on the Macbook Pro and iOS devices. But it also does not synchronize the emails on the mail server through the IMAP protocol. Again the three other devices, no problem. When I try to set up it in the Outlook app for Mac on the iMac I get an error message see below the choosing personal account and when choosing work account, I type in the password and nothing happens. iMac OSX version is Sequoia 15.4


How can I get this fixed ?
