How Can I Delete An Output-Audio Driver?
A few years back, I downloaded some application and with it came an audio driver. I do not remember the name of the app, or how I originally found it, unfortunately. It now automatically connects to it every few minutes, and causes sound delay. I am unable to delete it. I have already tried:
- Going into the "Audio Midi Setup", but I cannot delete the driver from there. It says that it is an output, USb driver.
- Going into my library, and looking for the HAL folder. I cannot find the audio driver that I am looking for there. The audio driver is called "Excellent Audio Recorder Driver", if that is necessary. I cannot find any folders or files that have to do with the driver's name.
As can be seen in the image below, I cannot delete the driver using the minus sign.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
