how to turn off siri calendar suggestions on ipad pro under ipados 18.4

Siri continues to suggest calendar entries "Found in Apps" despite my having turned off every related setting I have found. Under iPadOS 18.4 I *do not* have any settings for "Apple Intelligence and Siri" or "Siri and Search". I have only "Siri". Under "Siri" - "Apps" I have disabled everything under "Calendar" and "Mail".

How can I find out in which App Siri found what it is suggesting?

Is there no way to categorically disable such suggestions?

Must I go through the dozens of apps listed under "Siri" - "Apps" and disable all of their settings one by one?

Can I at least discard the unwanted suggestions?

They already appear in my calendar and I find no way to get rid of them!

To disable Siri's calendar suggestions on your iPad Pro running iPadOS 18.4, follow these steps:

Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iPad's home screen.

Navigate to Siri & Search: Scroll down and select Siri & Search from the list.

Adjust Calendar Settings:

Within Siri & Search, scroll down to find and tap on Calendar.

Under the Suggestions section, toggle off Show in App.

By turning off "Show in App," Siri will no longer provide event suggestions within the Calendar app.

If you wish to remove the Siri Suggestions calendar from view:

Open the Calendar App: Launch the Calendar app on your iPad.

Access Calendars: Tap on Calendars at the bottom of the screen.

Hide Siri Suggestions:

In the list that appears, locate Siri Suggestions.

Uncheck it to hide these suggestions from your calendar view.

This action will prevent suggested events from appearing in your Calendar app.
