When I put my iPhone (15 ProMax, latest iOS) on a charger, locked, in standby mode, the displayed clock and calendar show the time in Cupertino. Everywhere else on the phone, the time zone is set to EST (Atlanta), but I can't find any way to set the time zone for Standby mode. I'm sure it's simple, but it isn't obvious (to me).

It sounds as if you have one of the "City" clocks selected. Press and hold on the clock. Tap on "clock" in the list that shows up on the left. Change the clock widget to one without the word "city" in the title.

I hadn't selected anything -- this was the first time I ever put the phone in StandBy mode. What I can't understand is how to change the city: why is "CUP"(ertino) the only option? I actually have several cities chosen in World Clock (none of them Cupertino), but I see no way to select one of these as the time shown on the StandBy clock.
