Phishing withinn minutes after signing in to iCloud?
Today I signed in to ICloud, withinn minutes I received 2 phishing emails regarding my ICloud account and $ owed. How is that possible by signing in to iCloud?

It is not. It's called a coincidence.
Scammers will continuously send emails to possible targets until they find one that works.
The scam emails just hit on yours when you signed in or at some point near that time.
The emails would have been there anyway even if you had not signed in.
