How do I enable notifications for the Vrbo Owner app on my iPhone?

I see there have been issues allowing notifications for the VRBO owner app since IOS 8. I am in IOS 18.1.3 and still can't find the app in the notifications section. Is this going to be addressed or are we forever doomed to not being able to allow notifications? This is important for business reasons and not being able to know when guests send messages is a problem. Has anyone had any success?

Have you reached out to VRBO and the developer? Since notifications are working on other apps it may be an issue with how that developer coded their app, and unfortunately, it's up to that developer to fix their stuff.

sorry if it sounds like I'm pushing it off, but it's up to the developers to keep their app working within apple's infrastructure, not on apple to accommodate an individual app.
