I thought Apple locking your account mean’t for your safety but no they are locking it away from u too even if your the one who was verifying your identity. Then calling is no help because even with the call and confirmation it was you they will not let u open it back up how STUPID IS THAT what do I do ?

Apple has nothing to do with Apple Cash account locking. That is all Green Dot Bank, the managers of Apple Cash accounts.
When fraud is detected they can lock the account. You need to contact Green dot and work it out with them.
