How can I restore Apple Cash access for family members after disbanding Family Sharing?

I was sending my 18 yo cash via apple cash and it said I needed to verify my identity. Did that, but it restricted my account as having more than one account. I contacted Apple and had them only keep my current apple cash with my account, not realizing that the other one, was what our family sharing was using. So now my husband and son are not able to use apple cash or set up a new apple cash. What do I do? I have disbanded family sharing and set it up again and that didn't help. Help!

This will need to be resolved through Apple Support to get family sharing setup again. No one here has access to your account to see what’s going on. Sorry I can’t assist any further.
