I’m an Apple novice. Moving over from android and somehow I have two separate iCloud accounts. I want to be able to access all my emails in one place. Help my, guys.

on the phone go to settings, then tap on your name. That is your primary Apple account address. (used to be called Apple ID)
If you are getting mail to another icloud.com email address or any other email address you can add the accounts in Settings, Apps, Mail.
You cannot merge them but you will get mail in one place.
