Will malware from an erased iPhone carry over to a new device using the same Apple Account?

Hello, I am not a tech expert, I'm not sure if I am paranoid

1.) I suspect my iPhone has a malware, I took many photos with the phone, have many information stored in iCloud etc, then I erased my iPhone and started over, I logged back to the Apple ID, same iCloud account with the photos, back ups etc, that I suspect that it have a malware on, now will the newly set up device will get the malware, or in other words does malware carry over from old Apple ID that has virus to a new, erased device that uses the same Apple ID?

2.) On old device, I downloaded some apps and uses them. My question is will the malware on the iPhone be carried over to the apps or in other words will the malware on the iPhone infect the apps that I downloaded from App Store? For example Call of Duty Mobile.
