How to remove child account restrictions and sign out of Apple Account in a Family Sharing group?

So basically, I am in a family sharing group, I can't get out of it, OR sign out my apple account, It says can't sign out due to restrictions, My account is set to a child account, and when I go to "content privacy and restrictions" it's already set to allow changes in account, So please help and give me a solution.
