Why is Citi mobile app not displaying in full screen mode on iPad after 18.4 update?

Just updated my iPad to18.4 Now my Citi mobile app will not display in full screen mode. All other apps are not affected? How do I fix this?

No full screen with nfl app on my iPad I recently added the nfl+ app to my iPad. When I go to watch a game in the full screen mode I only get 3/4 screen and 1/4 white screen. Last year I was able to watch full screen with out any problems.

Not able to open fullscreen Does anyone know how to make your screen go to full screen while streaming live in the cbs app or the Paramount + app? I am using an iPad Air and all my apps/os are updated. I have tried to click the icon to expand the screen and just these 2 apps will not go fullscreen. Any suggestions?

It’s a Citibank issue. They’ll need to update their mobile app.
