How do I remove a nonfunctional Apple Watch from my Bluetooth list?

I have a nonfunctional Apple Watch 2 that I want to remove from my bluetooth list and delete the watch apps as well. I erased it from my iCloud account, but it still shows up in the iPhone bluetooth list and I can't delete the watch apps either. I can no longer pair this watch. It's dead dead. How can I get it (and its associated apps) off my phone permanently? I am not given the option to "forget this device" in bluetooth, as it refers me back to the watch app (and yes, I reset and deleted all of its content via the app, but I can't pair it). It's no longer listed in iCloud, via logging onto a computer. I powered off and on my phone. I signed out of iCloud on my phone. Turned off and on bluetooth repeatedly. Any other solutions?
