554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy.

I've been using @me.com and @gmail for many years. This week my emails weren't being received and I started getting this message: 554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy.

I have updated the OS, the iOS on my phone, reinstalled iCloud mail on my macbook, and I turned off my VPN. This is happening with multiple email recipients, even ones in my contacts. I tried sending from my iCloud account on Safari and it still happened. What can I do to fix this?

When I send mails using Hide My Email, it gets rejected Whenever I send a mail using the Hide My Email option in the From field, it gets bounced on the receiving end with the message quoted below. It happens without exception, regardless of the receiver's address or domain. This only happens when sending from the Mail app on the Mac.
