How do I report a phishing attempt on my Apple Account?

This is the second day I have received this.

Not surprising. You can block, but the sending location can be spoofed and appear different on future messages, otherwise just delete. Never call or respond to any message as that just alerts the scammer that you are susceptible to believe what they say and you will get even more of them.
