I gather emails with specific criteria in a smart mailbox. These emails are from different email addresses. I want to set it up in a way that every email gathered in that mailbox will be forwarded to my outlook email adderess.

I would suggest adding a Mail rule to Forward these emails as the come into your Inbox. You can do this in parallel to the smart mailboxes you are using using similar criteria.
