iPhone 14 camera and flashlight not working after updating to iOS 18.1

Ever since I updated iOS 18.1 my camera and flashlight on the home screen does not work. I’ve updated 18.1 to 18.2 to 18.3 and now 18.4 and still not working. when I go to the camera and do the.0.5 I get the dreaded rainbow. I can do selfies, but that’s about it.
