How do I reset forgotten password for my Apple Account?

What can I do when i forgot the two things which I need to reset password and 28 characters Recovery key.

If you go into settings as you say,

For example, 1)>settings<>name<>security<>recovery key to regain account. 2)>settings<>name<>sign-in & security<>change password to get your account. If you want to reset the recovery key in this way, you have to enter the password first, but I can't do anything since I forgot my password. Kindly help me with my further information please and thank you.,
