Why won't Instagram load on my new iPhone after incorrect password attempt?

Purchasing a new iphone 16 plus when tried to sign in to instagram i’ve mistaken psw and then instagram wont load anymore.

Resolved : using a vpn to change ip only to sign in and open instgram - resolved the issue

Deleting VPN still instagram works .
