Screen Time—Unknown Apps Running; AuthKitUIService & UserAuthentication

Both of these apps are showing up on my screen time app report and I am not sure what they are or what they mean. Their app logo is showing up as the interface that apple uses for apps that have either been deleted or that are not generated entirely. I’m thinking it might refer to the amount of time that my phone spends confirming my id for face recognition either to unlock or to fill passwords. Regardless, I would like to know what it is referring to since it is spending an awful long amount of time running it. Please advise. Thank you.

Additionally: I just put limits on them to see if it affects their time. This explains their short usage time in the screenshots below.
