My iPhone 13 started flickering and then changed to green screen

my iphone 13 started flickering into this green screen out of the blue just yesterday, it happened about 3 times then it went back to normal after. Then later on a vertical line suddenly appeared above ( as you can see in the first pic ) then this afternoon it suddenly turned into this ( on the 2nd pic ) it disappears and then appears a couple of times, i don’t know how it happened, i am always careful with my phone. I also restarted it and turned it off a few times but it was still the same. It even worsened some time after I tried turning it on because the dark part in the corner turned green and glitched l. I even thought about updating it thinking it may be a bug but I’m scared that its condition may worsen. i haven’t dropped it around this time nor it has been exposed to water, please help me what do i do? i’m planning on taking it for a diagnosis at apple service tomorrow.
