Chrome and Safari not responding to search requests despite quitting and reopening

Hello all,

I am currently using a M3 MacBook Air. I have noticed that recently when I try to search something on both browsers, it does not load up the request and instead is stuck on the home screen with the loading animation in the tab. I have tried quitting and re-opening the tab but nothing works except for restarting the whole laptop. After restarting, the problem happens again after a day or two.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.3
