MacBook locked and requires admin/system PIN code

Мой MacBook, который я покупал в магазине и на который я имею все чеки и документы, был неожиданно заблокирован. Я являюсь единственным владельцем. Появившееся окно требует ввести пинкод системы или обратиться к администратору. Все, что я могу делать это выключить MacBook или перезагрузить его. В режим восстановления зайти невозможно, также появляется окно о блокировке.


Очень нужна помощь, мой диплом зависит от этого макбука.


My MacBook, which I bought in a store and for which I have all the receipts and documents, was unexpectedly blocked. I am the sole owner. A window appears asking me to enter the system PIN or contact the administrator. All I can do is turn off the MacBook or reboot it. It is impossible to enter recovery mode, and a window about the blocking appears.


I really need help, my diploma depends on this MacBook.

That Mac has been locked with Find My. If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support explains, under Activation Lock or system lock PIN code.


Proceed as described in If your Mac is lost or stolen - Apple Support, under If you can't unlock your Mac.
