"iPhone Locked to owner". by INTRUDER

On April 2025 i was offered an icloud 500 plus Storage in Social Media ( Facebook). The intruder offered me an Apple account that has extra storage. The intruder now instructed me to sign out my current Apple account ( cod**********31@icloud.com) on my iphone 11, then gave me another Apple account that is (kas***74@aol.com) with a password, (Aa112211). After i followed the intruder, my Iphone 11 now suddenly turned off and restarted. After i opened my phone , the screen says "iPhone Locked to owner". and PASSWORD CHANGED

I'm willing to send receipts and purchase history of my phone to prove that I am the owner,

See How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support to start a removal request. You’ll be asked to provide your receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller.

not sure what you mean by intruder. Never log into someone else’s Apple Account on your device, you effectively given it to the other person. iCloud storage is obtainable only from Apple.
