I cannot watch, send or edit any newly recorded videos on my iPhone 14 pro

since Sunday, 4/13/25, any videos I recorded with my camera aren’t able to be edited through apps like CapCut or InShot, but I am able to watch them on my photos app? When I import them into CapCut/InShot, they just load (I’ve waited 2 hours and made no progress) and it just doesn’t do anything. I can’t watch the videos on CapCut to see if there’s anything wrong with the file, it just won’t load. These same videos are also not able to be sent by text messages, or to my computer through MEGA. Someone please help, this is so frustrating and annoying .

I have an iPhone 14 Pro btw!

I have checked my storage as well, and it’s literally perfectly fine.
