Why does Siri respond to someone else's voice on my iPhone 16 Plus?

Why Siri activates and perform the actions spoken by somebody else on my phone? shouldn't it only reply to my voice? It happens in Iphone 16plus

Any question that requires personal information will require the phone to be unlocked first by you. That is the authentication required to protect your data, since there is no voice recognition. Siri will respond to any voice for benign questions such as the date or time where you information is not at risk.

The only device that offers Voice Recognition is the Home Pod as there is no other authentication method available on that device to protect your personal information.
