If Apple's Camera RAW support for macOS Sequoia does not list the specific camera that produced this CR3 Raw image, then it will not present as a Finder icon image, appear in Quick Look, or open in Apple's Preview. Even if it is listed, some camera settings when the image was produced may impact how that image is handled by the operating system.

Apple is dependent on the camera vendor providing them with the particular camera model data, and Apple fits its implementation, testing, and release in planned operating system updates or upgrades. This process can span several months after a camera's marketplace introduction.

The MXF (Material eXchange Format) is a audio/video container file, not a file format and is associated with Apple's Final Cut Pro, or Adobe's Premiere Pro. If either or both of these applications are not installed, the Finder may treat these containers as aliens and you likely cannot open them independently of the two mentioned applications.
