thanks, but I don't have that much money
Realistically, while you may want an iPhone 16 Pro – one of the highest-end, most expensive iPhones in the entire Apple lineup – you may have to accept the fact that one is not in your budget.
You could consider a less expensive phone like an iPhone 15.
Apple – Compare iPhone models – iPhone SE (1st generation) vs. iPhone 7 vs. iPhone 15
It doesn't have all of the features of an iPhone 16 Pro, but it still has a number of upgrades relative to your iPhone SE (1st generation) and iPhone 7. Including a newer processor, bigger screen, ultra-wide camera, support for 5G, MagSafe, USB-C, and the ability to run iOS 18.
In some countries, the online Apple Store has a Certified Refurbished section.
Refurbished iPhone Deals - Apple
The discounts here aren't huge – only about 15% off original list price – so buying an older Certified Refurbished phone may, or may not, be attractive compared to buying a new phone at list price.
Finally if you are tempted to buy a used iPhone from some place other than the Apple Certified Refurbished store "to save money", please read
