Why can't my iPhone connect to apps despite Wi-Fi?

It says I am connected to wifi, but I cannot connect to any apps

I would suggest checking whether your internet connection itself is down.


Connected to Wi-Fi is referring to the fact that your phone is successfully connected to the router, but it does not always indicate whether you are connected to the internet or not.


If that isn't the case, then I would suggest Restarting the phone and Resetting Network Settings.
