Why are iOS stickers not working on one Instagram account but available on another?

On instagram and any other platform, my IOS stickers dont work. But its weird. On one of my insta accounts, the IOS stickers on the emoji board are available. But on my other account its not.

Is there a way I can enable the IOS stickers for both accounts?
